Context

The idea came from a problem I had during my first international trip abroad, when I encountered some difficulties in organizing the itinerary. So I decided to research and develop an application that would facilitate the organization of trips.

Problem Statement

In my travel experience, I used the apps Google Trips and Trello.

With the first one I searched and saved routes and destinations, but I found problems with sharing routes, synchronizing tickets and accommodations, and it was difficult to see my favorite places.

With Trello, I organized tours and reservations separately by destination, but the need for an Internet connection to view the application and the lack of practicality became a problem.

After observing my problem, I found that:

I then created a research plan to find concrete answers and validate my project.

As part of the exploratory research, I conducted secondary research to understand the context of the tourism and aviation market. In doing so, I found that according to ANAC (National Agency for Civil Aviation), in 2018, approximately 117 million passengers were transported (with domestic and international flights);

In another study, also conducted by ANAC and in collaboration with EPL - Society for Planning and Logistics in 2014, 150,000 interviews were conducted at 65 airports, which are responsible for 98% of air traffic in the country.

The profile of domestic passengers consists of 56.4% men and 43.6% women. Most of them are between 31 and 45 years old (about 40%), have a family income between R$ 3,621 and R$ 7,240 - Brazilian reais currency - (21.7%) and tend to travel for professional reasons (49.2%).
